The City of Orange is located in Orange County, California. It is approximately 3 miles (6 kilometers) north of the county seat, Santa Ana. Orange is unusual in that many of the homes in its Old Town District were built prior to 1920; whereas many other cities in the region demolished such houses in the 1960s, Orange decided to preserve them. A small incorporated community of Villa Park is surrounded by the city of Orange. Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, or helplessness can plague a person. Decreased energy, a feeling of fatigue or sleeping too much can be a sign of manic depression. The risk of this type is when thoughts of death or suicide attempts when battling this mental health disorder.

For bipolar disorder, genetic factors contribute substantially to the likelihood of developing bipolar disorder, and environmental factors are also implicated. Bipolar disorder is often treated with medications, and sometimes other psychiatric drugs. Psychotherapy also has a role, often when there has been some recovery of stability. In serious cases in which there is a risk of harm to oneself; these cases generally involve severe manic episodes with dangerous behavior or depressive episodes with suicidal ideation.
