There are different levels and types of addictions. At one end of the spectrum is the non-functioning addict. There is a social stigma about addictions such as: those who could not function at their jobs. There are gambling addictions, food addictions and many others.At the other end of the spectrum is the functioning addict. You don’t have to suffer major losses to have an addiction. It’s never easy to quit.
